Randolph County woman celebrates 104th birthday after COVID-19 fight

POCAHONTAS, Ark. (KAIT) - A Randolph County woman who recently beat COVID-19 celebrated her 104th birthday on Thursday.
According to her granddaughter Sherri Strange, Marie Lindsey, a Randolph County Nursing Home resident, celebrated her special day in a room with bigger windows so her family could see her.
Region 8 News spoke with her family back in August because they couldn’t visit her due to COVID-19 in the facility.
